Our Shipping & Return Policy

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, once our products leave our facility it's considered used and therefore ineligible for return or exchange due to health and safety concerns. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

DAMAGE
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they are received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packaging receipt and email them to customerservice@voltedcosmetics.com explaining the damages. After we have reviewed the merchandise we'll send detailed instructions on the process to return the products.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is correct as we're NOT responsible for merchandise sent to the wrong address.

SHIPPING
Your package(s) will be shipped by USPS.
Shipping fees is $8 and may also be determined by your package size. Please allow 7 business days for your packages to be shipped, although most packages are processed sooner.
Business days DO NOT include weekends
We will provide tracking numbers for all packages however Volted Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any packages once it has left our facility and has been processed by USPS.

Your delivery address CANNOT be changed once the order has been placed.
